I would NEVER have the patience to glue dowm all those little circles. That never even occurs to me when making files. I cut vinyl and use transfer to tape to apply, so lots of little pieces, no problem! :-)
Thanks for this tree! All the circles are super fun (although I will simplify it b/c of the pieces). I was looking for the tree base for a project I have in mind, and yours will work swell!
This is pretty close to something was imagining. But I have no skills in vector programs, so wonderful with a base. Thanks a lot, Michelle.
Could you recommend some InkScape tutorials for a vector dummy, like me? - How do you make the curves on the branches? - How are branches joined? - How do you mix a branch and a circle into one and remove the inner lines, so only the outline is left?
My files are shared freely here for you to use in creating your projects however you choose. You may use them on items that you give away or items that you sell. However, I do not allow my files to be redistributed through direct sharing with another, posting to a board, or any other type of distribution. They are my files to give away, nobody else's. If you want to share my files with others, thank you. But direct them to this blog so that they may download the files themselves. Thank you for adhering to these simple guidelines. Happy Cutting!!
Awesome... may have to use negative on this one... lots a little circles to glue down if not.
ReplyDeleteLove it!!
