Custom Coasters

I make these custom coasters in sets of four. The font on Lawson is Inspiration and the bottom is Jester. I have been using both alot lately! The swirl on the bottom is from My Vinyl Designer, I love their flourish collection. A must have!!

I like to back my custom coasters with cork. I buy it at Menards and glue it in place. Last week I saw some adhesive backed cork at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I may have to pick some up and try that next time. Also, I seal all my tiles that will be used as coasters. I use the sealant pictured at the bottom of this post.

Some Holiday Chargers

Here are a few Holiday Chargers I made this weekend. I LOVE the black ones with the silver vinyl! Sorry, the picture quality isn't the best; I took these with my cell phone . Do you think I have a single charged AA battery in the house??

The Black Believe Magic charger is made with the font Inspiration and a tree file I found in clip art and traced in SCAL. I can't find the clip art file that I traced, but Kathy posted it here on the Smart Buy Gal forum. Thanks Kathy!! The Merry Christmas tree file came from the smart buy gal forum. Not sure who to give credit for the file to but it is a stunning file!! Thank you to its creator!! The snowflakes are all from the SCAL shapes library. Where else can you get snow flakes and palm trees!!

Clock Faces

Vinyl clocks are on my to-do list. Either on a 12" tile with a holle drilled in the middle for the clock kit; or just applied directly to the wall. Here is a great site for inspiration in that regard:

Several Projects Tonight and More on the Way!

Here are a few things I made tonight.
First a couple Halloween files. I love, love, love the witches legs. One of my absolute favorites this year. It was a freebie digi stamp from the frugal crafter. (Lindsay's stuff) I converted it to a cut file. Did I mention I love it?? This one is tough to read in the picture, it says "Don't make me release the flying monkeys!"

School Spirit Shirt

I will blame this t-shirt on the weather, the GREAT weather we are having. I live in Northern Minnesota and it is going to hit 80 tomorrow. We'll take it!

Tomorrow is spirit day at school and the only school color garb my daughter has are sweatshirts. Ya can't send your kid to school in a sweatshirt when it is 80 degrees outside. A little heat transfer vinyl took care of that. Yes our team name is the Spuds, it is true. Ya gotta be tough to be a vegetable!! The font is Mr. Giggles, my new fav!! Thanks for looking.

Glass Block

I needed a baby gift and this is what I can up with. I could not find a short string of lights, so there are 50 of them in there; too many. I need to swap it out for a 20 light string and it will look much better.

Wedding Tile

What I was planning on making for myself as a family tile, I made for a friend as a wedding gift. It is hard to tell from the picture, but the sign post is brown and the lettering is black. I like the way the two colors look together in this design.
